How to mirror or flip an image
Upload an image and choose the horizontal or vertical flip option. Review the preview to confirm that the subject is facing the intended direction, then download the edited file. A horizontal flip reverses left and right; a vertical flip reverses top and bottom.
When to use a mirrored image
Mirroring can correct a selfie preview, create a symmetrical graphic, or change the direction a subject faces in a layout. Be careful with photographs containing signs, labels, logos, or other text because the lettering will appear reversed after a horizontal flip.
Check the exported image
Open the downloaded image before replacing the original. Confirm the orientation, dimensions, and file appearance. Keep the source image if you may need the original direction later.
